AI Apprenticeship Scheme ("we", "us") is an independent referral service that checks whether UK businesses may be eligible for government-funded apprenticeship training and introduces them to government approved, Ofsted regulated training providers. We are paid by training providers, never by you. You can contact us at hello@aiapprenticescheme.co.uk.
Our lawful bases are consent (you submit the form) and legitimate interests (operating and measuring our referral service). We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Your details are shared only with the training provider we introduce you to, so they can hold the meeting you have requested, and with the service providers that host our website and database (Cloudflare). Advertising platforms (such as Meta) may receive aggregate conversion events, not your form answers.
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months so we can manage your referral, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@aiapprenticescheme.co.uk and we will action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This site does not set advertising cookies itself. Links from adverts may include campaign identifiers in the URL, which we store with your enquiry if you submit the form.
