Yes. The training is worth £18,000 per place and is 95 to 100% government funded depending on the employer's payroll size. Individuals never pay. Employers pay either nothing or a small 5% co-investment.
Any business in England with employees on PAYE working enough weekly hours. You support around 6 hours a week of paid, on-the-clock training, and you can put through one person or a whole team.
The standard course runs around 14 months. If that feels too long, bespoke programmes can bring the months down to what works for you or your business.
Level 4 is equivalent to the first year of a university degree, a recognised, government-backed qualification that stays on your CV for life.
