Yes. The training is worth £18,000 per place and is 95 to 100% government funded depending on the employer's payroll size. Most businesses pay nothing; larger levy-paying employers use funds they have already set aside.
Any business in England with employees on PAYE working enough weekly hours. You support around 6 hours a week of paid, on-the-clock training, and you can put through one person or a whole team.
The standard course runs around 14 months. If that feels too long, bespoke programmes can bring the months down to what works for your business.
We introduce you to a government approved apprenticeship provider, Ofsted regulated and experienced in delivering these courses. You take the meeting and see if it's a fit. No pressure, no obligation.
The opposite. Off-the-job training hours are spent completing real AI tasks for your business, so processes get automated while the learning happens.
